OK, so I have a 3G iPod nano that is totally full and I want to get a new one. There are 2 problems. Biggest problem, I got my iPod from the local classical music station. It came preloaded with 100 pieces, not "songs", full symphonic pieces. And since the came on the iPod, they are not on my iTunes with apparently (I have tried repeatedly) no way to move them direct from iPod to iTunes. Everything I added to the iPod since I bought it can be moved to a new iPod but I sure don't want to lose these 100 pieces. I went to the iTunes store hoping for some help and all the guy would say was I would need 3rd party software. I already knew that, wanted to know if he could recommend something. I tried Media Widget and it sucked, did not move everything, moved some things multiple times, was very slow and moved playlists out of order. I'm sure I can't be the only one in the world with this situation, can anyone recommend software that will transfer from iPod to iTunes and hopefully to new iPod? Second problem, not as big, but still a problem. I have set up involved playlists in very specific orders. It would take DAYS of tedious labor to re-set up all the playlists in order. Any way to move them all intact and in order, once I get the music transferred? Thanks much!
