    Wrong.

This is your classic left leaning, Obama protecting MSM, "fact" bomb, designed to confuse and distract. PROP. O. GANDA.

Don't fall for it. Please. Use common sense and your own brain.

There will be (and have been) a LOT of "news" stories like this regarding all of the Administration scandals. It is one way their friends and supporters who are firmly entrenched in the media attempt to sweep these scandals under the carpet as fast as possible. The interest level in actually properly investigating any of them is zero.

    Bad government rules.

Not a single liberal group mentioned in the article. Just a typical Dem press release from the AP.

Oh and the head of the IRS program was a Conservative republican. I hate when republicans won't stand up for what's right and speak out against injustice and do Obama's bidding like mindless slaves.

    Your "fact" is incomplete information.

Study up on it. Then post.

    Can you think for yourself?

Lazy employees don't create TONS of extra work by conducting very extensive, very time consuming, full-bore, multi-year audits of every single applicant that shows no indication they are guilty of a fraudulent application other than a keyword match in their name.

Maybe only Tea party groups were mentioned because they were the only one crying about being appropriately denied their tax exempt status?

of course. And of course no political group deserves the 501c4 status because it's a tax status for groups that are "operated exclusively for the promotion of social welfare"... like gathering clothing for foster kids. Political groups that have this status are tax cheats that I hope are prosecuted.

well, onto investigating the next fake scandal so as to avoid doing the business of the people

I truly don't understand your position.

It is quite crazy. Your position is this is a "fake" scandal, yet the President of the United States has already stated that it is, that he is furious about it and wants to get to the bottom of it and make sure it never happens again.

    Is he crazy?

And your position is, So what if they didn't deserve tax exempt status in the first place, they were still picked up?

You are conflating two separate issues.

The scandal is (mostly) in the issue of targeting of enforcement towards a particular type of group - ie., discrimination.

Arguing weather the groups targeted - and all of the other groups that were not targeted for special "treatment" - are guilty of violating the law - is a separate conversation.

Here is the Left side of this: The Left opposes the death penalty, primarily because they say that it discriminates against minorities. The fact that nearly all of those minorities sentenced to die are guilty of very heinous crimes is not germane to their argument.
