Maybe Im getting older faster than I thought (and Im only 32) but is it just me or was this pretty damned disrepectful:

Initially it got chuckle out of me but the more I thought about it the more I realized how planned and practiced it all was which really just says that they werent taking the Blazers serious at all. I really wonder how the Blazers felt about it. Like i said, maybe it was just me in my "old age".

It's you. If the Blazers did omething like that you would think they were the happiest family in the world, and praise them for it. The Cavs do it before every game.

On a slightly different note, I'd like to see the wave return to the RG before the conclusion of this season. :D

I don't know if I like it, but it is different. The jumping up and down in a circle yelling stuff is getting old.

As Simon Cowell would say: "it current, it's relevent and they made it their own" . . . but personally I wouldn't vote fot them for favorite pre game routines.

In fact, I wonder what team has the best pre-game routine. I like the flying shoulder/back jumps. Is that an NBA thing or a PTd thing?

They did it before the game. It is something they do before every game.

Seems like Cleveland does this before every game right before the tip, and then LeBron does his little powder thing. It's cool with me, it doesn't seem to bother opponents too much, and they're the best team in the league.

If this is done before a game... just getting amped up I have no problem with it. I like pre game rituals (Love the Go!............ Ducks! chant at Autzen.. lets start that at the RG.. after each time out huddle the whole arena yells TOGETHER! just like the team.. or we can do a LETS GO!.......... BLAZERS! :) ) I originally thought that this was done as Roy was shooting the FT's to get the game in OT which would have pissed me off. But pre game rituals are their own thing and I dont mind that at all.

They're just having fun. It's actually one of things I like about the NBA. They let the players have some fun at times unlike the NFL.

Each to their own. It can bother some people as they prefer a more serious side of the game. I just look at it for me.. when I see the Blazers do something like that.. it shows that they are a team, and have fun together, and enjoy playing together.. thats why it doesnt bother me.
