Is it time to give up on Kenyon Martin being a nugget? Nothing seems to be working for him while hes there. And even when hes playing, the records show they do better without him. Time to give up or try it one more time?
He has a bad salary, but hes a pretty solid player. Brings energy, defense and rebounding. But im not too sure pairing him up with Camby is the best thing.
I dont know what to think of the guy. He was such a great player a few years ago in NJ. I wish that I could just see that player again for one season. He is so athletic and explosive for a big man, but he just cant stay healthy for a season.....I think that if he could be healthy for a full season, his presence would definatey be felt, but he cant stay healthy.
It's a horrible situation right now, he hasn't produced to a level we seen him play in New Jersey after signing a huge contract with us. We can't trade him, I don't think anybody wants a contract that big on their payroll for a player who isn't going to produce. We can't buy him out considering he has 70 million left on his contract with us. Our Insurance is paying for him right now since he is injured but buying him out would be paid only by the Nuggets.Anybody who has seen him play with Denver knows why 90% of Nuggets fans want him gone. Our record is much better without him, we don't need him.
He was so much better in New Jersey because of Kidd supposedly, but Miller is probably almost as good when get alleys up....he probably just settled.
He has had injury problems, but I do think it's time for Denver to move him... and it isn't like they haven't been trying. If he is finally able to come back healthy next season (and produce), they could have a very dangerous team on paper: Iverson, Smith, Carmelo, Martin, and Camby.But... that's on paper, and he'll most likely get injured again or slack off/not produce.

What was there record before he got the injury?I think they should trade him, but not sure who would want him.I think they might be ready to move on since they did call about JO, but Yeah I don't think Martin can be traded for anything good.

I remember seeing it, and he's right... their record is considerably better, but I don't know it off the top of my head.
Umm wow okay hey I agree we should have went harder after JO, or even Pau.I think KG is opting out of his contract to bad Denver don't have the money to spend. LMAO he should just sign for league min with Denver for a year to win a title. That way the 2 super stars that most deserve a title will get it. haha I wish that be awsome.
