Last season, Jameer Nelson showed glimpses of greatness and it looked as if he was going to develop into a very good player. This season, he has taken a step back and has been pretty disappointing in the minds of most Magic fans. His stats are down, he's turned the ball over, and he hasn't been as effective as he was last season. He also takes a lot of shots and isn't a pass first point guard. Is that what this team needs? Maybe Jameer's style of play isn't right for this team and we need to find someone else to run our offense. Someone who is more of a pass first player that can play defense.

his numbers are not where they need to be for a starting PG on a top team period. his efficiency rating is really poor.

He's traditionally started out really slow and turned it on close to the all-star game. I'll wait on my judgment until after that.
