I can't say for sure, but what a waste of his money. States like Oregon & Washington are deeply liberal and will vote democrat whether or not he spends his money here. All primary elected individuals are dems as well except for a few token republicans in outter areas. He needs to keep spending money in the battleground states.
They're occasional (I see maybe one in a two-hour viewing period), but it's not that bad a waste imho; just making sure to remind Democrats to vote.
The ads I have seen also ask for a donation to his campaign and even has some quick way to text a quick $10.00 donation. Fund raising by commercials in a state he dominates makes sense.
