I found this interesting article here:
    http://www.cleveland.com/sports/plaindeale...04622266960.xml

    <div class="quote_poster">Quoting RealGM_Wiretap:</div><div class="quote_post">
While <u><font color="#0000ff">Cleveland </font><a href=""http://cavaliers.realgm.com/"" target="_blank"><u><font color="#0000ff">Cavaliers</font></u></u></a> President of Basketball Operations Jim Paxson has taken quite the hit in the media after star free agent forward <u><font color="#0000ff">Carlos Boozer</font></u> was released from his contract and signed unexpectedly with the <u><font color="#0000ff">Utah </font><a href=""http://jazz.realgm.com/"" target="_blank"><u><font color="#0000ff">Jazz</font></u></u></a>, head coach Paul Silas and his staff may have contributed to Boozer's decision to leave.

Several <u><font color="#0000ff">Cavs</font></u> players are unimpressed by Silas' puffery and cronyism, perceiving his attitude to be downgrading. He does not communicate well with his players and tends to take credit for all successes while at the same time shying away from the blame for failures.

Few players take assistant coach Stephen Silas seriously either. They have a hard time trusting the coach's son to serve as an honest liason between players and coach, and some feel it was Stephen Silas' disdain for Boozer that convinced him to leave. </div>Overall, I wouldn't put he whole blame on Silas, and still on my original opiion, simply Boozer himself wanting money

Wrong, because from what I've heard and read about Paul Silas in the Hornets francise people and Cavs people Silas is a great player's coach. Boozer did this because of the $ w/o a doubt, he needed all the $ he could get especially after being sued by that Dallas Cowboy for back rent. What a friggin joke!

the Cavaliers owner Gund took the blame today for Boozer leaving, saying that he was to blame for letting him go to free agency. Bottom line is that Boozer told Gund that he was going to sign back with them if they didn't pick up his option for next year and Boozer went back on his word.

Gund said that Paxon isn't to blame because it was his decision to let Boozer go and not Paxon's. Gund had a very good reputation throughout the league so there is really no need to question his side of what occured.

Apparantly Paul Silas didn't get on with Ricky Davis or Darius Miles, and that's why both of them left. Darius Miles has been replaced with Jeff McInnis and hopefully Luke Jackson can at least partly replace Ricky Davis.
