Is There A Tax Credit Available

If you already have purchased a home(s) in the past? I could have sworn I saw an ad last night on TV indicating that there's a $6,000 tax credit (held over for 2010) available for previous home buyers.

Also, I was wondering if the tax credit would apply to me.....as I own two homes in Georgia? I mean, we would still be purchasing a home in Portland as our primary residence.

Yeah, I saw that But I also saw some type of $6,000 credit, as well I "think" they said it was for previous buyers. Not sure.

 

Also i think that the 8k credit was only held over till March 2010, im one of those people waying my options as a first time buyer
