And can it be proven. The goal of this thread is questions and answers and preferably to come to an ultimate conclusion. As far as we humans we all know about other "things" that people have seen. Question is what are they really? Secondly what about those out of the body experiences people mention after being flat lined. That is after they have come back to life as such. But then does one need to ask oneself what is life and do people really have souls or spirits as some may say? All of the above is important key elements in finding out the truth of the matter.
ok let me start by stating my opinion: I am a strong christian and i strongly believe in life after death. Anyway, out of body experiences (OOBE) is a common thing u hear nowadays. A lot of unreligous people (forgot the word for them) approach a near death experience and have an OOBE, which they claim to see either heaven,hell,jesus christ,angels,demons,or satan (or in fact a few) We can never know wot they saw but it woz obviously strong enough to change their thoughts on life. Ive heard that people who have had an OOBE, lose their fear of death as they know wot is beyond. And when u think about it, the only reason people are scared of death is because they are unsure or dont noe anything about death. I guess it makes sense. If you have an OOBE, then u are convinced about life afer death and u are no longer afraid. Sceptics believe that it is a trick of the brain and that all brains are similar that is why the "illusions" are similar. So the question is who is right? Is there really life after death? (IMO, of course!) And wot is life after death like? I guess everybody wants to know that....
i'm an athiast (doesn't belong to any religion) most of my friends have been baptised but my mum and dad said i should choose my religion. Anyway back to the topic i'm not to sure but i would like to think there was life after death though.
I actually despise all religions, but let's not get into that as I'll only end up offending half the world. Life after death? Cut a long answer short: No.
