   I thought I heard MB say that the Blazers lead the league in losing games in which they entered the final peroid ahead.
   
   Then today I read this:
   
   Portland has won an NBA-best 10 games in which it was tied or trailing entering the fourth quarter.
   
   
   So my thoughts is the Blazers should try to be losing entering the 4th quarter.
