No. Its impossible for a black person to commit a hate crime. Its also impossible for white people to be the victim of a hate crime unless they are Jewish or Homosexual.

Okay, let me get this straight... a white woman, regardless of whatever she said, was jumped by two black folks saying "You in the wrong hood bitch" and stomped in the face, and robbed and this ain't a hate crime? I hope they find these two and prosecute them for life in prison.

    http://www.justice.gov/usao/priority-areas/civil-rights/hate-crimes

"Crimes motivated by hatred, whether directed at the victim because of that person’s actual or perceived race, ethnicity, religion, or sexual orientation, can have a disproportionate impact on communities and pose unique challenges for investigators and prosecutors. Understanding those challenges is critical to effectively preventing and prosecuting hate crimes."

Everyone knows this is a hate crime so the whole question in the thread title is unnecessary in my view. I'm sure with a little searching, you could find these crimes with every combination of racial difference. I think it's a crime perpetrated by ignorance

Crack heads and tweakers don't usually make sense and are rarely politically correct

I guess if we wanted to take the words of idiots online as serious representations of people as a whole, I'm not sure that's such a good idea.

There was a study done a while ago, that showed that people kind of get taken back by what is happening and either do something about it (a very small %) or are frozen/in awe of it (a much bigger %).

So while the person may not have agreed with what was happening there, I think they probably fall into the last group, almost like you're having an out of body experience.

I agree with this. I've seen examples of this many times. The terrorists that took over the planes on 9/11 is a prime example. The guys had box cutters and the planes were filled with hundreds of people. All the people had to do was stand up and they would be overwhelmed. I don't know what I would have done, but I would hope I would have been the people on the plane where the passengers took back the plane

What's funny to me is how much you are just on this bullshit all the time. You conservatives always post shit like this and complain. Of course it's a fucking hate crime.
