This is my 1st time seeing this kid, but he looks faster/quicker than Wemby. He has really nice form and a quick release on his jumpshot. Has nice handles for his size. Plays with an aggression and has good instincts on defense (played the passing lane for a breakaway steal). And he’s 7’2”.

D69 and I were looking at him last year. There were some things to like, but really raw and thought he should take his name out of the 2022 Draft, which he did.

I'm not sure I remember seeing D69's draft list.

Who did he like / not like in this year's draft? Out of the top 4 - which was his pick? What about for pick #23?

At #3, for who was there, he wanted Scoot. At #23, he wanted more size and was looking at need and liked Nnaji, knowing he was a project.
We had Rupert at #43 just because of some info we had. Most people at the Draft party had never heard of him and we've wondering how the bell we knew he would be the pick. Good fun

I still wish we would have taken Leonard Miller at 23.

Miller has some unique skills that are impressive. I understand why some think he's awkward and think he will not make it - but I could see a Siakam type player out of him (although likely not as good). A player 2 steps below Siakam is still a very good player.
