<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>ROSH HANIKRA, Israel - Lebanon?€™s Hezbollah guerrillas turned over to Israel two coffins containing the bodies of Israeli soldiers captured two years ago, setting in motion a dramatic prisoner exchange between the bitter enemies Wednesday. The U.N.-mediated swap closes a painful chapter for Israel, which launched a war in 2006 against Hezbollah in response to the soldiers?€™ capture in a cross-border raid. It is likely to be a significant boost for Hezbollah at a time when it is trying to rebuild a reputation tarnished after its guerrillas turned their guns on fellow Lebanese in May. Israeli defense officials later said forensics experts positively identified the remains of two soldiers, Ehud Goldwasser and Eldad Regev.</div> http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/25697873
Israel sending a message that all Hezbollah needs to do is kill some soliders to get their prisoners freed. Brilliant!
Wrong move by Israeli govt. As soon as the soldiers were kidnapped, Israel should have invaded the Hezbollah region, kill all their leaders, go after every terrorist that even shoots a rock at you and find where your soldiers are being held and get them back alive or dead. That's how you deal with those damn terrorists.
^ Olmert's a half-assed idiot son of a prostitute, and horrifically bungled the Israeli response to Hezbollah's last kidnappings. For his destructive policies within Israel I could perhaps forgive him, but not for this.
