If the Lakers are gonna make a move for KG it has to be as soon as possible. I was listening to ESPN radio and I agreed with every statement they were saying. Not getting KG would be the worst thing for the Lakers to do this season. Send away Odom for KG (not straight up obviously) and dont think twice. Chicago is making a great effort to get KG and if we dont step up the Lakers are doomed for next year and perhaps years after.

Why send Garnett to the lakers for Odom and somebody when the Kings can give Minnesota Miller,Wells and Thomas for Garnett. The lakers really dont have the pieces to offer to compete with superior offers from teams like Chicago and Sac.

I dont see how we can ever get KG. But never say never. Looks like every other team is making big moves except for ours. I hear iverson is getting traded to another team.

Let us dream. I don't see why people get annoyed with us for doing this. Nothing is impossible, although the chances are slim, there is still a chance. As the JBB Lakers moto goes: impossible is nothing.

If KG opts out of his deal, then their is a strong chance, but it's annoying, especially when they think Minnesota will take Lamar Odom and Andrew Bynum. BTW, that isn't the JBB Laker motto, that's the adidas slogan.
Although I am not one to get all worked up over rumors or even post my inputs on them, if Shaq can be traded for Odom, Grant's HORRIBLE contract and Butler, anything is possible..
