Iverson was examined by USA team physician Dr. Sheldon Burns of the Minnesota Timberwolves and USA athletic trainer David Craig of the Indiana Pacer. X-rays taken Tuesday morning indicated a crack in the bone of the right thumb. The injury is stable, and Iverson has been cleared to play in today's contest with Greece (10:15 p.m. Athens local time). Depending on his comfort level, he may wear a protective splint or taping.</div>

But he did pretty well in the game USA vs Greece.
I really hope his injury won't affect the following games.
Without him, I don't know whether the victory will come to the USAB...

Well he still scored 17 point versus Greece so at least we know its not a terrible break, hopefully him playing with it wont make it worse.

Also I hope AI is going to be ready for the up coming season,I have a feeling the Olympics are taking a lot from him,I just hope he will feels good coom the season.

Iverson has got heart he may be hurt, but he is still playing and well I might add. A guy with a broken thumb would just call it a summer, not AI he is out there leading his team how can people hate on this guy he has so much heart its incredable. Anyway what was the final score in todays game I missed it.
