Sorry I don't have the link, it's on RealGM and they open up new windows and doesnt show link for me.

But basically we trade JR for Howard Eisley who has a non-guarenteed contract and we will waive him to clear cap room to sign griffin.

Wow BKS said he'd probably be traded, didn't know it would be this soon.

I think this was for the best. There was no point in having him. We're really crammed in at Guard. Hinrich, Duhon, Sefolasha, Gordon, Griffin.

EDIT: Heres a link, just not the one I read...BlackMamba posted that below, but nevertheless here is another.

The deal is rumored to be for Eisley and two second round picks.

<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Rocky Mountain News - A source said Sunday the Denver Nuggets are close to acquiring J.R. Smith, an up-and-coming guard who played last season for the New Orleans/Oklahoma City Hornets, the Rocky Mountain News is reporting.

In a deal that was announced Friday, Smith was traded with forward P.J. Brown from the Hornets to the Chicago Bulls for forward Tyson Chandler. The trade is expected to become official after Brown and Smith take physicals Wednesday.

The source said the Bulls then plan to trade Smith to the Nuggets for guard Howard Eisley, who has a nonguaranteed contract, and two future second-round picks. The Bulls, who need to clear salary cap room to sign free-agent forward Adrian Griffin, then would waive Eisley.

The 6-foot-6 Smith, 20, averaged 7.7 points last season after averaging 10.3 as a rookie in 2004-05. He entered the NBA directly from St. Benedict's Prep, a high school in Newark, N.J.</div>

Basically just getting rid of a bad attitude so it does not affect the locker room.

Nice trade again by the Bulls, basically swapping JR Smith for Adrian Griffin, and then acquiring two 2nd round picks in the process.

This has to upset New Orleans seen JR Smith right back in their on division.

Pax got rid of our 2nd rounders during the draft on purpose I'm guessing because of cap, I guess he'll do it again maybe, who knows. I wanted to see what J.R. Smith could do, but I know he wasn't going to play a lot... Didn't Taurus call this? That he somehow saw him playing with the Nuggets, lol.

I also wanted to see if Skiles would have been able to change his attitude, but now we can see what Karl could do because I doubt he is going to put up with him if he continues to have a bad attitude because of the K-Mart playoff incident last season.

Good trade for Denver, they needed other decent guard, and J.R Smith is still young and should see more playing time than he would in Chicago or New Orleans. Nice pickup for them.

I dont understand Chicago's faith in Adrian Griffin, I havent really seen much of him, but what, is he like a phenomenal defender or somthing?

To tell you the truth Griffin probably won?t see any playing time, barring injury, for much of the season. JR Smith would not have seen playing time either, but Griffin provides something Smith doesn?t, veteran leadership. Griffin doesn?t play he remains a locker room leader. Smith doesn?t play he becomes a cancer.

This is a great trade for the Bulls, Griffin brings veteran leadership and size to the backcourt [from what I know he's a swingman so SG is part of the backcourt] and most of all he plays defense. The two second rounders are great, I've always loved second rounders, you can pick up many good player sin the second round.
