So I?m going through the LA Times sports articles today and all the writers (unsurprisingly) are defending the times and bashing kobe .. except one writer, JA Adande.

I?m not sure if he?s departure is related, but he sure seems to be taking a parting shot

Unlike Kobe, this writer doesn't have to wait two years to get out of his deal.

Looks like I'm leaving The Times at the right moment. If Kobe Bryant goes away, he'll take most of the good column material with him.

These are changing times in the building on Spring Street, a point hammered home during NBA All-Star weekend in Las Vegas, when Bill Russell looked at my press pass and said, "Los Angeles Times. ? What's going on there? What is it, editors who keep leaving or publishers?"

    "Both," I replied.</div>

I'm glad he's leaving the LA Times, I've never liked his writing style. I hope Plascke is next, followed by TJ Simers. These sarcastic negative pricks are irritating. All of them are hacks.

Plascke's a fool, especially when he shows up on ATH.
