Jags enter Arrington sweepstakesThe Jaguars have emerged as a possibility for Arrington, but the free-agent linebacker's current asking price is holding up a potential deal, The Florida Times-Union reports. Arrington, who is expected to visit the Jaguars on Saturday, is believed to be seeking a deal similar to the one LB Julian Peterson landed with the Seahawks (seven years, $54 million).Arrington was scheduled to be in Cincinnati on Thursday, but never made the trip due to a scheduling conflict. Arrington's agent, Carl Poston, said the visit will likely be rescheduled because Arrington is intrigued by the idea of playing for Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis, his former defensive coordinator in Washington."I still think it's a visit that could happen at some point," Poston said.Arrington has already visited Miami and the N.Y. Giants. Of the two, the Dolphins appear to have the most interest. Giants coaches aren't convinced Arrington would be a good fit in the team's defensive scheme. There are also concerns over the linebacker's past knee injuries.
i think hes going to the Giants...maybe hes playing it up to get more money, but he wants to prove to the Skins that he can dominate again
