"The Jaguars have yet to address the defense in the 2011 draft — their draft boards just haven't lined up for that. General manager Gene Smith continued his tradition of drafting small-school players by selecting Lehigh guard Will Rackley in the third round with the 76th overall pick. He joined first-round selection Blaine Gabbert as the Jaguars' two selections through the first two days of the draft. "There's been talk about me going around the third round but to be drafted at all to me is just a very humbling experience, truly a blessing," Rackley said. The Jaguars traded up from the 80th pick and gave the San Francisco 49ers their 6th-round pick in addition to swapping third-round picks. "We feel like he's an eventual starter," Jaguars general manager Gene Smith said. "We like his position versatility. Probably he'll play guard, center in the NFL. ... Certainly, we understand there's some things on this defense we need to address in this draft and with pro free agency.''"
