Rookie quarterback Jake Locker joined some of his new Tennessee Titans teammates Tuesday at informal workouts for the first time during the lockout. He didn't throw a pass, but he impressed some Titans veterans by taking the initiative to travel to Nashville. "He is a good kid,'' receiver Damian Williams told the (Nashville) Tennessean. "He is dedicated and ready to jump in and learn. It says a lot about his character and his willingness to work.
