Jake Westbrook took advantage of some extra rest and pitched a little longer -- all the way until the end for his first complete game in more than two years. Westbrook gave up only an unearned run in the St. Louis Cardinals' 3-1 victory over the Detroit Tigers on Wednesday night. The right-hander's last two starts have been on five days' rest, and he's won them both.
