He needs to put in all the work he can and prove that he can be the quarterback here. If he fucks up this season, I think the bust label might come around.
People are already calling him a bust (i.e. JE). He was still the youngest starting QB last year even with guys like Flacco and Ryan starting. Really came on at the end of the season.
They need to realize that his recievers played poorly last season, the offensive line was bad, and he had to go through a coaching change. It was basically his first season. This year he will prove the haters wrong.
