That's why James couldn't figure out why Mobley, now a Sacramento Kings guard, was looking down on him after Game 1, telling the Sacramento Bee, "If he plays like that again, so be it. I seriously doubt it. Nothing against him. You're not Shaq."

James was told of Mobley's comments after the team's shootaround on Tuesday during an interview recorded for TNT. It was the first James had heard of it.

"I was like, 'Didn't he get drafted in the second round with me?' " James said. "He just got his opportunity before I did."

Mobley was chosen No. 41 in the draft, one of three starters in this series picked in the second round of the '98 draft. Rashard Lewis was picked No. 32 by the Sonics, James was chosen No. 36 by the Kings.

If his 19 points and nine rebounds in Game 2 weren't resounding enough, James had a little bit more to add after practice yesterday.

"Tell him to look for it on Friday," James said. "We got it in back-to-back games, now, tell him it's coming at him again on Friday.

"Cuttino shouldn't have said that. That's all I've got to say."

Well, that's not quite all he had to say.

"I never said anything negative about his career," James said of Mobley. "I've always been positive about his career. I thought he had a lot of great breaks in his career. So why lash out on me because I had a good game?

"Do the professional thing, congratulate me and look to beat my behind the next game."</div>
