Overall, Jason Kidd is the better player. To be an overall player, you have to play defense and offense, and in my standards overall players are the best. Steve nash is not a good defender at all. Jason Kidd has gotten his team to the NBA Finals twice. He is a good shooter, and can score around 20 points if he has to for the best of his team. He isn't as creative as Nash with his passing, but he can pass at Nash's standards, and is almost as creative. And, Kidd is that triple double threat, the point guard who can grab boards also. So I say Jason Kidd.
