That sucks. He gives more calls to the visitors than any other ref in the league.

I think that if you have to blame the refs for a win or loss, you're not taking responsibility for your actions throughout the game. The result shouldn't be in a position to be decided by refs, and if it comes down to that, then maybe the team didn't put forth enough effort throughout to deserve the win.

I would actually like this game with Javie reffing if Greg played tonight. Javie is one of the only refs I've seen this year that let Greg bump the other people on defense as much as they bumped him on offense. It was quite refreshing.

.. I know. That is why I said I would if Greg played.

What perfect world are you living in? Refs dictate the flow of the game. Bottom line is it is true, Javie goes out of his way to try to dispute the "Home court advantage" reputation. I would prefer to have him on the road.

Yeah... I hate having Javie at home... but love him on the road. He is the most fair ref out there... but homecourt fans have come to expect the calls. Javie calls it like he sees it. I seriously bet they want to kill him in Utah... who seem to benefit the most from home cooking. I assume it is because they get the benefit of the flops and stuff more there. Half the time it seems they play to draw fouls... not to score points.

Just my opinion. I'm not a big fan of excuses, especially regarding things outside of the team's control. Just let your play get the win rather than worrying about things out of your control.

Oden said it was up to him in terms of his return. Nothing I've seen from the team refutes this claim, so it is factually accurate to say that Oden has decided not to play tonight.

But if Nate held him out of Friday's game what does that say?

Nate never said he held him out of the game. It was already announced that Oden was out for Friday. He said he didn't like what he saw in practice Thursday and left it at that.

    Yes or No:

Do you have a link that says Oden was cleared to play tonight, but decided against it?
