The Utah Jazz reportedly wanting to reunite with soon-to-be free agent Paul Millsap seemed a little strange, but things are becoming clearer. According to the Deseret News' Jody Genessy, they might trade big man Derrick Favors in order to make this happen. Favors is just 23 years old, with three years and $35.1 million left on his contract. That's a great deal for someone with his two-way skillset, so it's somewhat surprising that the Jazz would consider moving him. In context, though, it's easy to understand their thinking. While Favors and center Rudy Gobert are a terrifying tandem defensively, bringing back Millsap would completely transform Utah's offense. Millsap can stretch the floor, and he can take a lot of playmaking pressure off of Gordon Hayward. Parting ways with Favors would be difficult after spending the last four and a half seasons developing him. If the Jazz aren't sure that they can sign Millsap -- and do so at a reasonable rate -- then they really shouldn't do it. If they can get good value back in a Favors trade, though, and then add Millsap, they could suddenly be in the Western Conference playoff picture. Considering where they were a year ago, that would be incredible. - See more at: http://www.cbssports.com/nba/eye-on...rick-favors-to-facilitate-paul-millsap-return
