With March Madness here, I don't have time to do previews..so until it is over, we are stuck with game threads unless someone wants to make the previews. After a loss last night to Milwaukee (99-90, the Wizards were without Jamison [knee], Kwame Brown [flu], Dixon, and Peeler), the 'Zards look to recover tonight against the Utah Jazz (who will be without Boozer). I think this game is very winnable, we are at home, they are without Boozer. If Arenas and Hughes have good games, someone else will step up and lead the Wiz to victory. I call a 95-91 Washington win.
Close game, Arenas was scoreless the first half but scored 22, including the go ahead FT's in the 2nd half. Blake was huge off of the bench, scored 15 pts, 5-6 from 3. <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">WASHINGTON, March 19 (Ticker) -- Gilbert Arenas' big second half finished a difficult road trip for the Utah Jazz. Arenas scored all 22 of his points in the final two quarters, including four clutch free throws in the last 30 seconds, as the Washington Wizards posted a 96-95 victory over the reeling Jazz, who lost their ninth straight game. Utah appeared to be in position to salvage the finale of its five-game swing when Howard Eisley and Raja Bell hit consecutive baskets to provide a 93-92 lead with 43 seconds remaining. </div> Full Recap Box Score
