Now I've heard that part of the reason JB is under fire is because he slightly neglected the development of Skeeta and White in order to make the playoffs and win games.

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting "ESPN Insider":</div><div class="quote_post">The front office has been concerned that Bzdelik abandoned the development stage of the team in pursuit of a playoff berth. Two top young building blocks -- Nikoloz Tskitishvili and Rodney White -- were given limited playing time this season, despite a feeling in the front office that the development of young players was a higher priority this season than a playoff berth.</div>

I'm really feeling its just an excuse to cover something else up, Kiki hasn't picked up White's option and hasn't really talked about getting him back. He said he likes to make year end evaluations, so we can't really say he's not interested but how he's presenting the situation seems that way.
Carmelo played 36.5 minutes, and Nene 32.5 minutes. So out of the 96 minutes at the 3 and 4 their are 27 minutes left for any other players. Chris Andersen and Elson took most of the big man minutes, and Jon Barry and Rodney White played basically the rest of the swingmen minutes.

I understand the Skeeta problem but he got injured and never really fell back into the rotation, I really feel its something more than that because Kiki never really said anything during the season, and why would he all of a sudden say that's why. It could be though, but that can't be the sole reason, I'd rather be devoloping Nene and Melo while winning than Skeeta, White is good though (except on D), and I also felt he should've gotten more time, maybe 18-20 minutes a game.
Skeeta is still hopeful, he's could be a good player but I really didn't see how he could have fit this year especially since he wasn't playing too well and got injured.
