<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Pacman irks Fisher by being a no-show for conditioningBy JIM WYATTStaff WriterTitans cornerback Pacman Jones has been absent from the team's offseason conditioning program lately, drawing the ire of Coach Jeff Fisher. The program at the team's MetroCenter facility is not mandatory, but the Titans strongly encourage participation. Veteran linebacker Keith Bulluck was absent early in the offseason program, but he's now a regular. "He knows where I stand on this, and this is his choice," Fisher said of Jones. "Keith has excelled and performed on the field at a very high level consistently for a number of years, Pac has not. ? I have reason to believe he is working out. Beyond that, I don't know.''Jones has been on the outskirts of two notable off-field incidents this offseason. Metro Police named him as an acquaintance of a man arrested in a major drug trafficking ring, and less than a week later Jones was a witness to gunshots at a local gas station at 1:50 a.m.Titans owner Bud Adams is among those keeping an eye on Jones, who is coming off an up-and-down rookie season that also included some off-field problems."He doesn't seem to be able to stay out of trouble. I think he'll get out of that habit, though,'' Adams said Sunday. "I think the coaches let him know that he'll stay out of trouble or he won't be around long.''</div>
I have a feeling he's going to have a very short pro career. Gets in trouble with the law, not conditioning himself with the rest of the team and quite frankly hasnt been very good so far. Just another troubled boy pretending to be a man.
He's got amazing ability. If he had been in camp all off-season, there's no telling how much better he would've been. He was horribly pathetic and consistently booed for on-field performance as much as he was for off-field altercations. He started his turnaround in the Raiders game and slowly got better. And anyone that followed the Titans in the least know what he did for our return game. All that being said, he better get his damn head on straight and quit acting like a damn punk. You're a millionaire, kid, act like one. That last quote by Bud Adams just about sums it all up, though.
