Philadelphia Eagles receiver Jeremy Maclin, who hasn't participated in training camp because of an undisclosed illness, will undergo more tests in his hometown of St. Louis, a team spokesman confirmed Thursday. Maclin reportedly contracted mononucleosis in the spring, but is is unclear if his current illness is related to that. He recently tried to shoot down reports that he's suffering from a career-threatening condition. "Those crazy reports aren't true," he told reporters last Saturday. Coach Andy Reid said last week that he was optimistic that Maclin would be ready for the start of the season. The 23-year-old Maclin caught 70 passes for 964 yards last season. His 10 touchdown receptions tied for seventh in the NFL. Read more: http://espn.go.com/nfl/trainingcamp...eremy-maclin-philadelphia-eagles-more-testing
