On October 2nd Total Combat 32 is taking place just outside of San Diego and they have signed two former UFC fighters to compete in their main event. Incontinent Ultimate Fighter castoff Jesse "JT Money" Taylor is slated to fight EliteXC Lightweight Championship contender Drew "The Master/Night Rider" Fickett in a three round, non-title fight. Taylor drew the ire of UFC President Dana White following his return to the UFC; he made comments regarding Quentin Jackson's vehicular rampage and subsequent arrest, alluding that it was karma in action for what Jackson said about him regarding his ejection from The Ultimate Fighter Finale. Following a loss to CB Dollaway, Taylor was promptly released from the UFC. Fickett is best known for being aloof or downright nutty. The talented Jiu-Jitsu fighter has wins over Josh Koscheck and Kenny Florian but hasn't found a permanent home for his services. He was expected to challenge for KJ Noon's EliteXC title at one point, and was also rumoured to be a candidate to face Josh Thompson for his Strikeforce Lightweight title, but neither of those fights have come to fruition.
