...have you ever seen the list of most DPs hit into for a career?...didn't think so.

...are you even aware that the leadoff hitter is only guaranteed of leading off in the first inning?...didn't think so.

Or better yet maybe someone could just teach Gardner how to steal a base.

Yes, I was watching hammer line you up, so I followed suit. GG BTW- Always a great frame of mind to keep....for these ol' farts like us, who ache to damn much, or have broken and beaten bodies, .... and have; as you say "hemorrhoids older than you"

合掌 is: an Ancient Japanese Calligraphy meaning: a formal bow of honor to another....aka "Gassho" in English...

FIGMO is an old short timers acronym Fuck It I Got My Orders. The OP is implying that Jeter just doesn't give a crap about his performance because he is a "short timer" in Yankee service. This is as real Yankees Fans know as bullshit, Jeter has pretty much exceeded what his performance levels would be.

Honestly I had Jeter at between 250-260 this season, and not to sure if his ankle would take the daily pounding. So I agree that he's pretty much exceeded what anyone expected.

Thank you, for a moment I thought FIGMO was what the fed the prisoners at GITMO...

Jeter's left his indelible mark on the game. This year is no exception, hell, I'm just glad to see him playing one last year.....regardless of his numbers, well....he's not let me down, and cannot be expected to be the same spark plug, he was in years past......

A Great Yankee Icon-RE2PECT.......like Mo' sad to see go, into the wild blue yonder.........

Best thing the Kidz could do for the sake of the Team, is sell Derek, 51% of the Team.....return to greatness, Derek IMO, would ensure........something the Kidz have not a clue of.....!!!
