I was actually pretty happy with what i saw. I only saw a bit because i had to go out but Pennington looked really really good. He ended up going 9/14 with 54 yards with the starting teams out there. He even scrambled one play and got hit at the end of the 5 yard gain. Thats definatly a good sign maybe he'll turn out to be the starting qb and a good qb at that this season. Kellen Clemens seemed to have a good game he went 10/14 with 92 yards as the 2nd stringer, thats definatly a good sign for the future i think. As for the score it was 16-3 but the Bucs scored all their points in teh 2nd half with the 3rd and 4th teams out there thats perfectly fine with me. At the end of the 1st half it was 3-3, good signs of their defense. Their running game was a joke. They had 35 yards in total 16 carries. You should probably have more than 16 carries in a football game idk what happened with that. This may be a sign that they will really miss Martin and should probably either trade for a RB or use their high 1st rounder next year on a good running back. But still i saw some good things the offensive line played well Pennington had a lot of time on most throws not a lot of sacks vs a good Bucs dline. The Jets seem to have a good thing going maybe not this season but a few years down the road i believe they'll be a good playoff team.
Clemens did well which is super IMO. I am still skeptical about Ramsey (overall) & Chad's health. I think that the jets have 3rd in the AFCE all locked up. We all know who will be 4th. The real battle may be for 1st. I think NEP & MD will both finish @ 10-6 but NE gets the tie breaker and 'phins get a wild card.
Im still pickin the jets as a sleeper team, not playoffs exactly but a very respectable finish to their season, a lot of spoiling.

Clemens doing well makes me really happy because it means we have a real solid backup plan if Pennington doesnt pan out... i think Clemens will get his chance some time this or next season.
