    Jets | Team receives comp pickMon, 27 Mar 2006 16:54:36 -0800The New York Jets received one compensatory pick in the 2006 NFL Draft. The pick is No. 33 in the third round and No. 97 overall.

    Nice. We needed as many day 1 picks as possible in this deep draft, nice to see us getting one more.Although It kinda sucks to see Jordan, McKenzie, Becht and Ferguson go and only get one pick in return.....but apparantly that was all we were eligible for since we signed 3 FA's who were eligible for compensation.
