PB hasn't registered yet, and Jett is leaving...hmmmmm, someone must have told them their shit DOES stink...
Well somethings should just be handled carefully and I don't think that they handled us well. No one wanted to leave, but the Code of Conduct and the double standards had just reached an intolerable level. I will be the first one to say that I am sorry that things turned sour, but at least now I know where certain loyalties lie. I know that the people here are good and just want to talk about football and enjoy sharing thoughts. That's all anyone ever wanted there, but it was never good enough. All I can say about the NFL Forums is.... home, sweet home.
I would really like to know who Jett feels stabbed him in the back, I know none of us were good friends of his. I have a feeling someone didn't back him up with the administrator, and we all know who is/was Jett's buddy over there.
I'm not so sure that Jett isn't Don Meier the Admin over there. So even if "Jett" is gone, his presence will remain. It is most likely a ploy to bring us all back. I'm not biting. As far as PB goes, I'm sure he'll show up as "Superfox" or some other name and pretend to be a 'new member'. No thanks. They had their final warning and chose to ignore it...
Well, RZ has emailed me a couple times and has explained the whole situation. Jett no longer has administrative control, and that's why he's leaving. I agree they could both resurface again under different names, but from what RZ has told me, he's more interested in keeping the boards clean and enjoyable rather than any loyalties in the past. I understand everyone's skepticism, as you all were there longer than I, but I will still post there in addition to here. Sure would be nice to have others to talk to over there...
You might be 100% accurate, because if you notice on every team's forum not one mention of a moderator on the actual page. But if you go to the Falcons forum page, it has "Moderator: Jett" at the top of the page above the avatars, archives and official site links.
RZ has taken over moderator duties for all main forums, I imagine he'll leave the team forums for individuals as he did before. I would post the emails he's sent, but I don't know if he'd approve, so you'll have to trust me on this one...
I dont stab people in the back, I stab them in the front....If my problem was with Jett, he would have known it....but my problem was with PB, enough about that though....I feel bad for RZ himself, it appears hes trying to get things under control, but its just too little too late, he should have returned any of my many emails asking him for help, or contacted me to let me know things were changing....he didnt, so I left, and of course a lot of others left too(and came here)....they still think it was personal, until they understand it wasnt, they wont get why were here and not there...
well, like I said, RZ stripped Jett of admin duties, Jett took it personally and has decided to leave. PB hasn't come back (yet), and RZ has now emailed me back since the new format has been posted. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to get people to leave here, this place is great, but I was as frustrated at not getting returns. But now that I have, I'm just sharing it with the rest of you. I too feel kinda bad for RZ, as he trusted Jett with responsibilities and was subsequently screwed by that. I guess only time will tell if things have truly changed. Maybe I'm gullible, but if need be, I can unleash some fury... hehehehehe...Road Trip is a great movie...UNLEASH THE FURY MITCH!!!
Guys, don't worry so much. I'm so impressed what honest and true people you all are, but at the same time be cautious of what you see and believe. I believe that Jett is Mr. Redzone and is leaving as a plan to pull members back. I won't tell anyone what to do or where to post, that will be each individuals choice. I just urge you not to be fooled with all the new 'changes'. Best of luck with whatever anyone does.

There is no way Jett is the RZ. I would swear to that on anything. I know and have met Mr RZ. He's a great guy. Jett, PB, RZ and myself were the first posters at the RZ. I told him many times that PB is an arse but I guess he stuck by him because he posts so much and for a long time he was the only one around doing that. Now he's gone and I'm a happy camper.

To paraphrase Steerlerfan, "we should all be cautious with what has transpired." Like the song says, "The more things change the more they stay the same." I may return to the RZ forums one day. Its a shame that things went down they way they did. Sadly, it all could've been prevented long before I asked to be banned earlier this month. The double standard that was so obvious bothered me like the rest of you. It was the continual & blatant abuse of power and 'do as we say not as we say' attitude that really pissed me off.
I think its pretty funny that Jett aka redzone or whatever screwed himself and lost all these members. My original problem was with him but then I think I started to not like PB more but oh well. I have gotten a hold of glenso's email and we'll see if he joins the forums. And I keeping checking back to see if bakes registers in the redzone before I'm done with it. Eitherway I'm with you steelerfan I'm happy with our new home. I agree that things could have been fixed in the redzone but the wrong people got in trouble and I was banned??? Just for that alone I will not go back.
