Bollywood actress Jiah Khan was found dead at her home in Mumbai in an apparent suicide, police said on Tuesday. Khan, 25, was found hanged in her room at 11:30 p.m. Monday by her mother when she returned home, a Mumbai police official said at a news conference at the scene. There were ligature marks on her neck consistent with hanging, the official said at the scene. She used a dupatta, or scarf, to hang herself, and there was no suicide note, the official said. Police on Tuesday questioned her boyfriend, aspiring actor Suraj Pancholi, sources told the Times of India. He had spoken to her by telephone within an hour of her death, they said.
