Link. For the life of me I can't figure out why it took so long for him to get another shot. He should have NEVER hooked up with his buddy Billick. I think that set him way back. Anyway, he's a great guy and a quality football coach. He's great at developing young talent, especially QBs, and he knows how to put together a staff. If you are a Redskins fan, you should be happy about this.
