...Jermaine O'Neal musta played hella defense on TD. He was only 4-18 from the field...I didn't getta see the game but dang....JO can hang with anyone

INDIANAPOLIS, Jan. 16 (Ticker) -- Reggie Miller got hot, Jermaine O'Neal and Jeff Foster got tough and the Indiana Pacers got even with the San Antonio Spurs.

Miller scored a season-high 28 points and O'Neal and Foster combined to shut down Tim Duncan as the Pacers avenged last week's loss to the Spurs with an 89-79 victory, their ninth in 10 games.

Miller picked up where he left off on Wednesday when he scored all 13 of his points in the fourth quarter of a win over Atlanta. He made 10-of-15 shots, including 7-of-9 3-pointers to help Indiana avenge its only loss since December 27.

"I'm getting my legs under me, but I don't want to get ahead of myself," said Miller, who has been bothered by a sore ankle. "The ankle is starting to feel pretty good."

"Reggie is a pain in the (neck), a royal pain in the (neck)," Spurs coach Gregg Popovich said. "When he feels it, he knows he feels it. And he just sticks it to you."

Actually no Jermaine was in foul trouble most of the night,Tim just played a very bad game.Infact since the Sixers game he has been a little inconsistant, after a great game,he comes back with an average one(Great by any other players standard though) ,next game he plays like the MVP (Wolves game)

Tonight was vintage Reggie,It was all about him.

Tim even aditted himself that JO contested every shot and bothered him.

Class man to call it like it is instead of many an excuse (McGrady)

Well,in my mind,if it did come down to the Spurs and Pacers throwin' down in the Finals it wouldn't be a cake-walk for the Texas cats...in fact the way the Pacers are playin' right now is any indication it may be a toss up. I think JO is one of the top 5 players in the East and Ron Artest is amazin' this year..these cats are gonna be tough to deal with come playoffs time.

Ron Artest wasn't amazing tonight, though.

Jermaine O'neal Did a good job, But he also had pollard and foster helping him, They hacked him all night, He went to the free-throw line 12 times, Jo got into foul trouble early but came out he and foster limited duncan to 4 points, I admire Duncans attitude, The guy is a real pro!

JO and Timmy are good friends as well. If these two do meet in the finals, it could be like the Suns-Bulls series with MJ and Sir Charles.
