Joe Philbin and Winston Moss promoted

    I'm happy to see Winston Moss promoted. This means he can't leave GB unless he's offered a Head Coaching job since he's now got the same title Jim Bates has with the Broncos. Philbin should keep the zone blocking scheme intact which has showed a lot of promise for the Packers.

    Overall I like both moves by McCarthy.
