"ECW" which made the list this week has dropped out. - Tred sent the following: John Cena's appearance at the UK Kid's Choice Awards aired yesterday morning on Nickelodeon here in the UK. The award that Cena was nominated for, the Best Sportsperson award ended up going to David Beckham. When the promo for Beckham started airing, Cena interrupted out on stage wearing a sling on his arm and the crowd of kids went nuts for him. Cena was about to start crying for not winning and told the hosts he would stay on stage and hold his breath until he wins an award.
