Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.) will be nominated to succeed Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State, sources tell ABC's Jake Tapper. The announcement will not come in the next few days, ABC reports, due to a number of circumstances. Kerry topped President Barack Obama's short list of candidates after U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice withdrew her name from consideration in light of fierce GOP opposition.
