John Lannan has been the Washington Nationals' opening day starter twice. Now he also has two wins as the club's 26th man in a doubleheader. Teams are now allowed to add an extra player for doubleheaders, and Lannan has gotten the call both times the Nationals have played twin-bills. On Friday, he pitched into the seventh inning of the opener and allowed only one run in six innings of Washington's 7-4 victory over the Miami Marlins.
