John Lucas was eager to make amends for his part in giving up an early lead. Spurred on by a halftime challenge from his coach, he finished the game with a flourish. Lucas scored 10 of his 19 points in the fourth quarter to match his season high, Rudy Gay had 20 and the Toronto Raptors beat the New Orleans Hornets 102-89 on Sunday.
I good finish for the raps. Why can't it be the beginning of the season, its just so late for them to start winning games even if its just a win over the hornets whose mardi gras inspired uniforms they wore yesterday were pretty outrageous. They really need to change their name if there going to wear jerseys like that.
It looked like the rookie-sophomore game out there with three different jerseys. Oh wait it was just the different coloured front and backs.
