For the second time this season the NHL has assessed a significant fine to New York Rangers coach John Tortorella. The league announced Tortorella will be docked $20,000 for his postgame comments after the Rangers' 5-2 loss in Pittsburgh Thursday. Tortorella blasted Penguins defenseman Brooks Orpik for his hit on center Derek Stepan, calling it a "cheap" and "dirty" play.
