An offseason arrest before a historic 2012 season for Texas A&M Aggies quarterback Johnny Manziel officially saw its conclusion on Monday morning. The Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback pleaded guilty to a charge that he failed to identify himself to police and saw the remaining charges against him dismissed during a hearing stemming from his arrest last June.
