Traded to the Avs in a four-player, headline-blazing deal back in February, Johnson said on Saturday that his season just wasn't going the way he had wanted in St. Louis. "I think it was more mental than anything. This is a fresh start, a chance to clear my mind, and the coaches have just let me go play," he said. "It was my confidence. I knew I had what it took. It was just a matter of processing it the right way. Coming here, I've had the opportunity to play a lot of minutes in a lot of different situations, and it's been good for my confidence."
