I just saw on HoopsHype but you have to sign in for the link. But the Fort Worth Star Telegram reported that the Mavericks have signed Avery Johnson for the head coach job for another 4 years. When I first heard about the resignation of Nellie and the sign of Avery, I thought that it was a huge mistake and AJ had no experience as a coach coming right out of the game itself. But it looked like Johnson knew what he was doing with the team, and they respected him. Good signing in my opinion.
