    Welcome back to the NBA.

Jones was on the inactive list for Wednesday night's 108-95 win over the Seattle SuperSonics at Target Center. But earlier in the day, he said he was happy just to be back with the team that signed him to a free-agent contract this summer before optioning him to the NBA Development League's Florida Flame on Nov. 4.

Now that he has been called up, he said he would focus on the talents that landed him a pro contract: defense and rebounding.
"I think our team has a lot of good scorers, so I'm not going to try to come off the bench and score 20 points," said Jones, who averaged 9.7 points, 11.6 rebounds and 2.1 blocks in 10 games with the Flame.
He was leading the D-League in blocked shots and ranked second in rebounding.

Said Wolves coach Dwane Casey: "I think most players improve much better if they're getting regular minutes, regular time. He was doing a great job for those guys down there and improving. I think in the long run once everybody gets healthy, he's probably going back and playing games. But for right now, I'm not going to put a timetable for how long he's going to be here."
Jones was called up to add depth to a team with two centers, Michael Olowokandi (sore right elbow) and Mark Madsen (lower back bruise), limited by injuries. Olowokandi was on the inactive list for the second consecutive game.</div>
