Major-league home run leader Jose Bautista of the Blue Jays is listed as day to day with a twisted right ankle after injuring himself on an awkward slide Thursday night. Bautista hurt himself in Toronto's eventual 16-7 victory over the New York Yankees. He limped off after the play in the fourth inning. Bautista was getting treatment after the game and did not speak to the media, but Blue Jays manager John Farrell said his All-Star slugger caught a spike in the dirt.
