Bantamweight titlist Joseph Agbeko has been medically cleared to resume training, and his defense against Abner Mares in the final of Showtime's four-man tournament has been rescheduled for Aug. 13, the network announced Friday. The site of the fight hasn't been determined Six days before Agbeko (28-2, 22 KOs) was supposed to face Mares (21-0-1, 13 KOs) on April 23 in Los Angeles, he collapsed at the airport shortly after arriving for fight week and the fight was postponed.
